Meet Sally

Nourish & Strength was founded by a Recognised and Accredited Health and Physical Activity Coach in 2017 by Sally Rouissi, who has a strong passion and drive to educate and support those who are wanting to achieve their goals and life a happy and healthy life. 
In 2012 Sally was extremely ill, and her life fell upside down as she was faced with a scary diagnosis. Sally’s passion and love to support others comes from this experience as she discovered the power and benefits of eating a well nourished diet and juicing. Today, Sally shares her knowledge and passion to get those back on track through her business Nourish & Strength, which has a variety of programs such as Nutritional and Physical Activity Coaching and Walk ‘n’ Talks.

At Nourish & Strength we are all about supporting, motivating and guiding you on your journey of rebuilding yourself . We aim to empower you with education and take a personalised approach to be able to assist you with your choices around lifestyle , nutrition, mindset. In addition to food and nutrition, we also look at areas such as physical activity by introducing you to our 'Walk'n'Talk' programmes combined and a choice of many other beneficial and fun programmes, so you feel energised and nourished without feeling stressed.

Nutrition & Health Coaching

Nourish & Strength support, motivate and guide you by rebuilding using lifestyle, nutrition and mindset changes, as well as educate you about many health food choices. Our accredited Nutritional and Health coaching is available via zoom (Australia) or face to face (Sydney only). We understand everyone’s health journey is unique, so we ensure we tailor the program to your needs. As a guide, the initial appointment is typically 1 to 1.5 hours where we deep dive into the challenges you are experiencing. Subsequent sessions can be 30 to 60 minutes.

Who said physical activity needed to be stressful or high impact? Getting out and about amongst the fresh air has such a positive impact on the body and our mental health, this was one of the reasons we started our Walk’n’Talk programmes. In fact being out in the fresh air helps dilate the airways and improves the cleaning actions of your lungs. Feel energised and nourished and talk along the way with our accredited health and nutrition coach.
